Courses
WSL has a particularly strong reputation for the quality and content
of its training courses.
Experienced WSL Trainers are available to run a variety of courses
on the theory and practice of Work Structuring.
Three types of courses are on offer:
•

Short, 2 - 3 hour presentations for CEO's, Directors and/or senior
managers who are interested in finding out more about the theory and practice of Work Structuring and the benefits of applying it in their
organisations;
•

Bespoke, 1 - 2 day in-house workshops for site directors or senior
plant managers/department heads within an organisation and with the authority to facilitate a Work Structuring project;
•

Public, 1-day workshops for manufacturing managers, department heads or equivalent.
In addition, WSL directors and senior consultants will do their best to make themselves available to lecture, or tutor, in universities or business
schools on various aspects of  the Work Structuring methodology as well as on related environmental, social and ethical concerns.
